OTHER AVAILABLE SERVICES. Upon receiving approval from Florida Housing, Special Counsel shall use existing Florida Housing contracts when available and cost effective to acquire services (e.g., computer-assisted legal research) and the assistance of professionals (e.g., court reporters, expert witnesses) at reduced rates.
