Other Awards. The Arbitrator may determine that: 6.4.1. The Manufacturer has no liability with respect to Your Claim; or 6.4.2. In accordance with the terms set out in this Agreement, Your Claim is not eligible for arbitration and that he or she has no jurisdiction to hear the matter or to make an award with respect to Your Claim.
