Common use of Other Bank Services Clause in Contracts

Other Bank Services. Any authorized person may direct the Bank to utilize other services or facilities provided by the Bank or its affiliates. Such services shall include, but not be limited to (1) the placing of orders for the purchase, sale exchange, investment or reinvestment of securities through any brokerage service conducted by the Bank or its affiliates, or (2) the purchase of units of any investment company managed or advised by the Bank or its affiliates and/or for which the Bank or its affiliates act as custodian or provide investment advice or other services for a fee. The Fund hereby acknowledges that the Bank or its affiliates will receive fees for such services in addition to the fees payable under this Agreement. Fee Schedules for such additional directed services shall be delivered to the Authorized Person before provision of such services.
