Other Benefits Upon a Change in Control. Xxxxxxx shall receive all of the other benefits separately provided herein or in other agreements as occurring upon a Change in Control. These include, without limitation, vesting of unvested stock options and restricted stock. In the event a Change in Control occurs, Xxxxxxx shall be entitled to the insurance benefits provided upon Change in Control per Paragraph 10.E.(v) and the travel benefits, per Paragraph 10.E.(viii), as provided upon a Change in Control. These benefits will apply at the time of termination of Xxxxxxx'x employment, even if Xxxxxxx'x employment is subsequently terminated in a fashion that does not give rise to Severance Compensation.
