Other Billing Procedures. The Buyer and Seller acknowledge that, given the ongoing evolution of the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market, there may be more desirable and efficient billing procedures established in the future. Both Buyer and Seller agree to cooperate to implement such procedures if they are found to be mutually beneficial.
