Other Biogen Idec Products. Biogen Idec shall pay to Sunesis a royalty equal to { * } of Net Sales by Biogen Idec, its Affiliates and their Sublicensees of Non-Kinase Other Biogen Idec Products, provided that this Section 7.6.1 shall not apply to Net Sales of Kinase Other Biogen Idec Products, which Net Sales shall be governed by Section 7.5.1 above.
