Other Book Capital Account Adjustments. (i) Any allocation pursuant to Section 5.1(a), (b) or (c) above shall be prorated for increases in each Holder's Book Capital Account resulting from Capital Contributions, or distributions or withdrawals from the Trust or Redemptions by the Trust occurring, during such Fiscal Year as of the day after the Capital Contribution, distribution, withdrawal or Redemption is accepted, made or effected by the Trust.
