Other Business and Investment Ventures. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or any other agreement to which a Member is a party (which other agreement shall control), each Member may engage in other business or investment ventures, including business or investment ventures in competition with the Company, and neither the Company nor the other Members shall have any rights in such business or investment ventures.
