Other Capital Matters. (a) Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, no Member shall demand or receive a return of the Member's Capital Contributions or withdraw them from the Company without the consent of the Board and each other Member. Under circumstances allowing or requiring a return of any Capital Contributions, no Member shall have the right to receive Company Property other than cash except as may be specifically provided herein.
