Other Closing Actions by Purchaser. In addition to the documents to be executed, delivered and acknowledged by Purchaser pursuant to Section 7.2.3, at Closing Purchaser shall:
(a) Deliver the Purchase Price to the Title Company (less the amount of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money on deposit); and
(b) Deliver such evidence of the authority and capacity of Purchaser and its representatives as the Title Company may reasonably require.
Other Closing Actions by Purchaser. In addition to the documents to be executed, delivered and acknowledged by Purchaser pursuant to Section 7.2.3, Purchaser shall, no later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern time on the Closing Date:
(a) Deliver the Purchase Price to the Title Company (less the amount of E▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money (including any accrued interest thereon) on deposit); and
(b) Deliver such evidence of the authority and capacity of Purchaser and its representatives as Seller, Seller's counsel or the Title Company may reasonably require.
