Common use of Other Communications Clause in Contracts

Other Communications. An insured depository institution or affiliate is deemed to have knowledge of— (A) Any testimony provided to a Fed- eral banking agency at a public meet- ing or hearing; (B) Any comment submitted to a Federal banking agency that is con- veyed in writing by the agency to the insured depository institution or affil- iate; and (C) Any written comment submitted to the insured depository institution that must be and is included in the in- stitution’s CRA public file.
