Other Compensation for Services. All disbursements from the Account are drawn on an account in Custodian's or its affiliate's name. Any "float" (earnings from the investment of funds pending negotiation of the disbursement or check) is retained by Custodian or its affiliate as partial compensation for handling such transaction.
