Common use of Other Conditional Access Holder for Clause in Contracts

Other Conditional Access Holder for. (a) an Expansion means an Access Holder (other than the End User) that has been granted access rights under an Access Agreement which are conditional upon the Expansion being completed and commissioned; and

Other Conditional Access Holder for. (a) an Expansion means an Access Holder (other than the End UserOperator) that has been granted access rights under an Access Agreement which are conditional upon the Expansion being completed and commissioned; and

Other Conditional Access Holder for. (a) an Expansion means an Access Holder (other than the End UserAccess Holder) that has been granted access rights under an Access Agreement which are conditional upon the Expansion being completed and commissioned; and
