OTHER CONSEQUENCES FOR TERMINATION Clause Samples
OTHER CONSEQUENCES FOR TERMINATION. If this agreement ends, in addition to the specific consequences set out in clause 13.1:
(a) the licence granted to the Client under clause 5.1 will terminate and all Users will no longer have access to the Software;
(b) the parties will:
(i) return all property and Confidential Information to the other party;
(ii) comply with all obligations that are by their nature intended to survive the end of this agreement, including without limitation 8, 9, 10 and 11; and
(iii) stop using any materials that are no longer owned by, or licensed to, them under clause 9 when this agreement ends.
OTHER CONSEQUENCES FOR TERMINATION. If this agreement ends, in addition to the specific consequences set out in clause 14.1 or 14.2 (as applicable), the parties will:
(a) return all property and Confidential Information to the other party;
(b) comply with all obligations that are by their nature intended to survive the end of this agreement, including without limitation clause 5.3, 7, 8, 9, 12 and 17 and
(c) stop using any materials that are no longer owned by, or licensed to, them when this agreement ends in accordance with clause 8.
