Common use of Other Continuing Rights Clause in Contracts

Other Continuing Rights. The Executive agrees that, except for his accrued base salary earned through the Separation Date and the payments outlined above in this Paragraph 3, he has been paid all other compensation due to him, including but not limited to all salary, bonuses, deferred compensation, incentives and all other compensation of any nature whatsoever. Except as set forth above, no other sums (contingent or otherwise) shall be paid to the Executive in respect of his employment by the Company or the Parent, and any such sums (whether or not owed) are hereby expressly waived by the Executive.
