Common use of Other Contractors or Vendors Clause in Contracts

Other Contractors or Vendors. (1) Other contractors or vendors that may be contracted by Contractor with in connection with the Project must procure and maintain insurance coverage as is appropriate to their particular agreement. (2) This insurance coverage must comply with the requirements set forth above for Contractor's Policies (e.g., the requirements pertaining to endorsements to name the parties as additional insured parties and certificates of insurance).
