Other Costs and Expenses; Payments. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, the Parties shall each be responsible for their own costs and expenses. For convenience, fees payable under Sections 6.1 and 6.2 may be netted against the Operating Account, as defined in Section 7.3, from other fees payable under Section 6.3.
