Common use of Other Covenant Defaults Clause in Contracts

The breach by the Company (other than a breach which constitutes a Default under Section 8.1, 8.2 or 8.3) of any of the terms or provisions of this Agreement or any other Loan Document to which such Person is a party which is not remedied within thirty days after written notice from any Bank or the Administrative Agent.
