Common use of Other Credit Documents Clause in Contracts

Other Credit Documents. The Credit Parties named therein shall have duly executed and delivered and there shall be in full force and effect, and original counterparts shall have been delivered to the Administrative Agent, in sufficient quantities for the Lenders, of, (i) the Subsidiary Guaranty (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof, the "SUBSIDIARY GUARANTY"), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-1, (ii) the Security Agreement (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof, the "SECURITY AGREEMENT"), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-2; (iii) the Collateral Assignment of Trademarks and Security Agreement (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof, the "COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT OF TRADEMARKS"), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-3; and (iv) the Pledge Agreement (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof, the "PLEDGE AGREEMENT"), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-4.

Other Credit Documents. The Credit Parties named therein shall have duly executed and delivered and there shall be in full force and effect, and original counterparts shall have been delivered to the Administrative Agent, in sufficient quantities for the Lenders, of amendments to, or restatements or confirmations of, (i) the Subsidiary Guaranty (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof, the "SUBSIDIARY GUARANTYSubsidiary Guaranty"), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-1, (ii) the Security Agreement (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof, the "SECURITY AGREEMENTSecurity Agreement"), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-2; (iii) each Acknowledgment and Amendment to Collateral Assignment of Patents and Security Agreement (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof, a "Collateral Assignment of Patents"), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-3; (iv) each Acknowledgment and Amendment to Collateral Assignment of Trademarks and Security Agreement (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof, the a "COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT OF TRADEMARKSCollateral Assignment of Trademarks"), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-3C-4; and (ivv) the Pledge Agreement (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof, the "PLEDGE AGREEMENTPledge Agreement"), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-4C-5.

The Credit Parties named therein shall have duly executed and delivered and there shall be in full force and effect, and original counterparts shall have been delivered to the Administrative Agent, in sufficient quantities for the Lenders, Lender of, (i) the Subsidiary Guaranty (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof, the "SUBSIDIARY GUARANTY"), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-1, (ii) the Security Agreements (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof, the "SECURITY AGREEMENTS"), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-2, (iii) the Pledge Agreement (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof, the "SECURITY PLEDGE AGREEMENT"), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-2; C-3, and (iiiiv) the Collateral Assignment of Trademarks and Security Agreement (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof, the "COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT OF TRADEMARKS"), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-3; and (iv) the Pledge Agreement (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof, the "PLEDGE AGREEMENT"), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-4.

Other Credit Documents. The Credit Parties named therein shall have duly executed and delivered and there shall be in full force and effect, and original counterparts shall have been delivered to the Administrative Agent, in sufficient quantities for the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, of, (i) the Amended and Restated Subsidiary Guaranty (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof, the "SUBSIDIARY GUARANTYSubsidiary Guaranty"), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-1, C; (ii) the Amended and Restated Security Agreement (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof, the "SECURITY AGREEMENTSecurity Agreement"), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-2D; (iii) the Collateral Assignment of Trademarks Amended and Security Agreement (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof, the "COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT OF TRADEMARKS"), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-3; and (iv) the Restated Pledge Agreement (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof, the "PLEDGE AGREEMENTPledge Agreement"), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-4.E-1;.and
