Common use of Other Credit Documents Clause in Contracts

Other Credit Documents. Except as a result of or in connection with a dissolution, merger or disposition of a Subsidiary not prohibited by Section 8.4 or Section 8.5, any Credit Document, at any time after its execution and delivery and for any reason other than as expressly permitted hereunder or thereunder or satisfaction in full of all the Credit Party Obligations, ceases to be in full force and effect or ceases to give the Administrative Agent any material part of the Liens or/any rights, powers and privileges purported to be created thereby; or any Credit Party contests in any manner the validity or enforceability of any Credit Document; or any Credit Party denies that it has any or further liability or obligation under any Credit Document, or purports to revoke, terminate or rescind any Credit Document; or
