Common use of Other Debt and Liens Clause in Contracts

Other Debt and Liens. The Agent shall have received: (a) evidence that all Debt of the Restricted Parties not constituting Permitted Debt has been or will be paid and performed in full concurrently with the first Advance and that all security held in connection with that Debt has been or will be promptly released; and (b) releases, discharges and postponements (in registrable form where appropriate) covering all Liens affecting any Property of each Restricted Party which are not Permitted Liens and all statements and acknowledgements that are required in respect of other Liens affecting the Property of the Restricted Party to confirm that those Liens are Permitted Liens.
