Other Defaults Under Agreement. The Borrower shall default in the performance of or compliance with any term or obligation contained in this Agreement other than those referred to elsewhere in this Section 6.01 and such default shall not have been remedied or waived within 30 days after the Borrower receives notice of the occurrence of such default from the Administrative Agent; provided that no Event of Default shall exist under this subsection (e) with respect to any default under or non- compliance with Section 5.02, 5.04(a) (first sentence), 5.06, 5.08, 5.11 or 5.13 so long as the default or non-compliance that would otherwise give rise to an Event of Default did not arise from the willful misconduct or gross negligence of the Borrower and is susceptible of being cured and the Borrower is diligently taking steps to cure such default or non-compliance; or
