Common use of Other Defaults Under Credit Documents Clause in Contracts

Other Defaults Under Credit Documents. Failure of any Credit Party to perform or comply with any term or condition contained herein or in any other Credit Document, other than any such term or condition referred to in any other clause of this Section 8.1, and such failure shall not have been remedied within 30 days after receipt by the Borrower of notice from the Administrative Agent or any Lender of such failure;

Other Defaults Under Credit Documents. Failure of any Credit Party to perform or comply with any term or condition contained herein or in any other Credit Document, other than any such term or condition referred to in any other clause of this Section 8.1, and such failure shall not have been remedied within 30 days after receipt by the Borrower of notice from the Administrative Agent or any Lender of such failure;

Failure of any Credit Party to perform or comply with any term or condition contained herein or in any other Credit Document, other than any such term or condition referred to in any other clause of this Section 8.1, and such failure shall not have been remedied within (i) if such breach relates to Section 5.1(k)(i), five Business Days (or two Business Days if such breach is during a Cash Dominion Period), or (ii) otherwise, 30 days after receipt by the Borrower of notice from the Administrative Agent or any Lender of such failure;

Failure of any Credit Party to perform or comply with any term or condition contained herein or in any other Credit Document, other than any such term or condition referred to in any other clause of this Section 8.1, and such failure shall not have been remedied within 30 (i) if such breach relates to Section 5.1(k)(i), two (2) Business Days, or (ii) otherwise, 10 days after receipt by the Borrower of notice from the Administrative Agent or any Lender of such failure;

Failure of any Credit Party to perform or comply with any term or condition contained herein or in any other Credit Document, other than any such term or condition referred to in any other clause of this Section 8.1, and such failure shall not have been remedied or waived within 30 days after receipt by the Borrower of notice from the General Administrative Agent or any Lender the Requisite Lenders of such failure;

Failure of any Credit Party to perform or comply with any term or condition contained herein or in any other Credit Document, other than any such term or condition referred to in any other clause of this Section 8.1, and such failure shall not have been remedied within 30 310 days after receipt by the Borrower of notice from the Administrative Agent or any Lender of such failure;
