CSC or members of the CSC Group sponsor the (i) AppLabs, Inc. 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan, (ii) iSOFT Integration Systems, Inc. 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan & Trust, and (iii) the Technology Service Partners Inc. 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan & Trust. These plans will remain with the CSC Group following the Effective Time.
