OTHER DEFINED TERMS; CONSTRUCTION. For purposes of this Seventh Amendment to Credit Agreement, capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Seventh Amendment to Credit Agreement, and the rules of construction set forth in Article I of the CA shall apply to this Seventh Amendment to Credit Agreement.
