Other Definitional Provisions; Anniversaries. Any of the terms defined in Section 1.1 may, unless the context otherwise requires, be used in the singular or the plural depending on the reference. For purposes of this Agreement, a monthly anniversary of the Closing Date shall occur on the same day of the applicable month as the day of the month on which the Closing Date occurred; provided, however, that if the applicable month has no such day (i.e., 29, 30 or 31), the monthly anniversary shall be deemed to occur on the last day of the applicable month.
