Common use of Other Deposit Control Agreements Clause in Contracts

Other Deposit Control Agreements. Bank has entered into Deposit Account Control Agreements with the parties listed on Exhibit A attached hereto. Customer covenants and agrees that it will not enter into a deposit control agreement with any other party without Creditor’s prior written consent. Bank agrees that it will not enter into a deposit control agreement with any other party with respect to the Deposit Account without Creditor’s prior written consent
