Common use of Other Dispositions of Collateral Clause in Contracts

Other Dispositions of Collateral. Convey, sell, lease or otherwise dispose of all or any part of the Collateral to any Person (collectively, a “Transfer”), except for: (i) Transfers of inventory in the ordinary course of business; (ii) Transfers of worn-out or obsolete equipment; (iii) Transfers permitted under subclause (f) of the definition of Permitted Liens with respect to Collateral, (iv) Transfers in connection with Permitted Liens and Permitted Investments; or (v) Transfers that are not otherwise permitted under this Section 7.4 in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($100,000) in the aggregate in any fiscal year.
