Common use of Other Dividends Clause in Contracts

Other Dividends. The Corporation shall not declare or pay any dividends on, or make any other distributions with respect to or redeem, purchase or otherwise acquire for consideration, any other shares of Capital Stock unless and until all accrued and unpaid dividends on the Series E Preferred Stock have been paid in full. Notwithstanding Section 2 of this Article V.C or this Section 3(b) of Article V.C, dividends shall accrue on the Series D Preferred Stock as provided in Section 3 of Article V.B hereof.
