Common use of Other Documents and Certificates Clause in Contracts

Other Documents and Certificates. Buyer and Seller shall deliver, or with respect to Seller cause the Companies to deliver, certificates, agreements, permits, approvals and other documents reasonably requested by counsel for Buyer or Seller, as the case may be, to satisfy, or to evidence the satisfaction of, as the case may be, the conditions precedent to Closing set forth in Articles V and VI.
