Common use of Other Documents and Instruments Clause in Contracts

Other Documents and Instruments. Agent shall have received, with a photocopy for each Lender, such other instruments and documents as the Required Lenders may reasonably request in writing in connection with the making of Advances or the issuing of any Letters of Credit hereunder, and all such instruments and documents shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Agent and the Required Lenders.
