Other Documents and Instruments. The Agent shall have received, with a photocopy for each Bank, such other instruments and documents as the Majority Banks may reasonably request in connection with the making of Advances hereunder, and all such instruments and documents shall be satisfactory in form and substance to the Majority Banks.
