Common use of Other Documents and Instruments Clause in Contracts

Other Documents and Instruments. The Agent shall have received, with a photocopy for each Bank, such other instruments and documents as the Majority Banks may reasonably request in connection with the making of Advances hereunder, and all such instruments and documents shall be satisfactory in form and substance to the Majority Banks. All documents executed or submitted pursuant hereto shall be satisfactory in form and substance (consistent with the terms hereof) to Agent and its counsel and to each of the Banks; Agent and its counsel and each of the Banks and their respective counsel shall have received all information, and such counterpart originals or such certified or other copies of such materials, as Agent or its counsel and each of the Banks and their respective counsel may reasonably request; and all other legal matters relating to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be satisfactory to counsel to Agent and counsel to each of the Banks.
