Common use of Other Documents and Instruments Clause in Contracts

Other Documents and Instruments. Bank shall have received such other instruments and documents (not inconsistent with the terms hereof) as Bank may request in connection with the making of the Loans hereunder, including, but not limited to, those items set forth on the Documentation Checklist set forth on Schedule 3.1(j) attached hereto, and all such instruments and documents shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Bank.
