The Bank shall have received such other documents, certificates, opinions, approvals and filings with respect to the Covered Notes and this Agreement opinions as the Bank or its counsel may reasonably request, including, without limitation, organizational documents of the Authority, the Company, and the Bond Insurer, and all matters relating to this Agreement and the Bonds shall be satisfactory to the Bank.
