Other Documents Incorporated Sample Clauses
The 'Other Documents Incorporated' clause establishes that certain external documents are considered part of the main agreement. This typically means that referenced policies, schedules, or attachments—such as technical specifications, service level agreements, or prior correspondence—are legally binding as if fully included in the contract. By formally incorporating these documents, the clause ensures that all relevant terms and obligations are enforceable, reducing ambiguity and ensuring that the parties are bound by the complete set of agreed-upon provisions.
