Other Documents Required. The Subscriber must complete, sign and deliver to the Company, as soon as possible after being requested therefor and within any applicable time limits, such further documents, questionnaires, notices and undertakings as may be required by regulatory authorities, stock exchanges and applicable law and will assist the Company with the preparation and filing thereof. The Company will file with the Exchange any Corporate Placee Registration Forms of Subscribers whose subscriptions are accepted.
