Other Duties of the Seller and the Master Servicer. The Seller further -------------------------------------------------- confirms to the Trustee that it has caused the portions of the Electronic Ledger relating to the Home Equity Loans (or the related manual servicing cards or other system of recordkeeping used by the Master Servicer or the Seller), to be clearly and unambiguously marked to indicate that such Home Equity Loans have been sold to the Trustee and constitute part of the Trust Fund in accordance with the terms of the trust created hereunder, and that the Seller will treat the transaction contemplated by such sale and assignment as a sale for accounting purposes.
