Common use of Other Entitlements Upon Termination of Employment Clause in Contracts

Other Entitlements Upon Termination of Employment. In the event of any termination of the Executive's employment, the Executive (or his estate or legal representative, as the case may be) shall be entitled to: (i) Base Salary through the Date of Termination; (ii) except for a termination of employment pursuant to Section 6(c) above, payment of any annual bonus awarded to the Executive that remains unpaid for the fiscal year preceding the fiscal year in which the Date of Termination occurs, payable when bonuses for such performance period are paid to other Company executives; (iii) any Supplemental Award that is vested as of the Date of Termination, payable in accordance with Section 4(d) above; (iv) any amounts owing to the Executive but not yet paid under Section 5(b) and 5(c) above; and (v) except as otherwise provided in Section 6(g) below, additional entitlements or treatment, if any, in accordance with applicable plans and programs of the Company (provided that in no event shall the Executive be entitled to duplication of any payments or benefits).
