Other Equity Awards. In addition to the Share awards and option grants described in this Section 1.8, the Executive shall be entitled to receive other equity or cash awards under the Equity Plan, the Option Plan and any subsequently implemented equity compensation plan or short-term or long-term incentive compensation plan established by the Trust or the Company, as determined by the Trust or the Company.
