OTHER EQUITY INCENTIVES. In addition to the foregoing stock option grants, the Executive shall be given consideration from time to time by the Compensation Committee for the grant of stock options or other equity incentives with respect to the Common Stock under any stock option or equity-based incentive plan or arrangement of the Company approved by the Compensation Committee for which senior executives of the Company are eligible to participate, provided that the Executive shall not be considered eligible for an award pursuant to the initial allocation of shares reserved for issuance under the Company's 1998 Stock Incentive Plan as of the IPO Date.
