Common use of Other Events Stopping Payments Clause in Contracts

Other Events Stopping Payments. No Draw Stop Notice has been issued by the Lender in terms of clause 6.4 of this Agreement above which is in effect and has not been withdrawn, and, no other event has occurred under any Finance Document which, in the opinion of the Lender, has resulted or may result in any payment or drawdown under any Finance Document being stopped.
