Common use of OTHER EVENTS STOPPING PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

OTHER EVENTS STOPPING PAYMENTS. No Drawdown Refusal Notice shall have been issued by the Lender in terms of clause 5.6 of this Agreement which is in effect and has not been withdrawn, and no other event has occurred under any Finance Document which, in the opinion of the Lender, has resulted or may result in any payment or drawdown under any Finance Document being stopped.

OTHER EVENTS STOPPING PAYMENTS. No Drawdown Refusal Draw Stop Notice shall have has been issued by the Lender in terms of clause 5.6 6.4 of this Agreement above which is in effect and has not been withdrawn, and and, no other event has occurred under any Finance Document which, in the opinion of the Lender, has resulted or may result in any payment or drawdown under any Finance Document being stopped.
