Common use of Other Evidence Clause in Contracts

Other Evidence. KNPC and KNE shall have received from TBI and TBI ACQUISITION such further certificates and documents evidencing due action in accordance with this Agreement, including certified copies of proceedings of the Board of Directors of TBI and TBI ACQUISITION, as KNPC and KNE reasonably shall request.
