Common use of Other Existing Investors Clause in Contracts

Other Existing Investors. Contemporaneous with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, the Company is entering into the Other Purchase Agreements on the same terms and conditions as this Agreement (other than with respect to the number of shares of Series A Preferred Stock purchased), and the Company has delivered to the Investors true and complete copies of the Other Purchase Agreements.
