Common use of Other Existing Rights Clause in Contracts

Other Existing Rights. Except as specifically set forth in this Agreement, this Agreement shall not supersede any right of the Executive to compensation or benefits under any other agreement relating to terms of employment or under any other plan, program, or practice of the Company existing as of the Termination Date. Any compensation or benefits thereunder shall be paid to the Executive in accordance with the terms thereof without limitation by this Agreement.
