Common use of Other Expense Reimbursements Clause in Contracts

Other Expense Reimbursements. Executive shall be authorized to incur travel expenses in connection with the performance of his duties for the Company in accordance with the authorization of the CEO and the expense reimbursement policies of the Company as in effect from time to time. The Company shall reimburse Executive in full for any and all of these business purchases in accordance with the CEO’s authorization and expense reimbursement policy then in effect.
