OTHER EXPENSE WITHDRAWALS. The Contract Owner may notify Nationwide in writing that the Plan has incurred an expense and may direct that the amount be paid from the Guaranteed Fund. The amount withdrawn from the Guaranteed Fund pursuant to this section will be in proportion to the amount of the Plan’s assets held in the Guaranteed Fund when compared to the amounts held in the Plan’s other investment options. Nationwide shall withdraw the amount from the Guaranteed Fund and shall pay the amount to the person or entity specified in the notice.
