OTHER EXPENSES OR COST. 10.1. Apart from the Contract Price, all other expenses or costs incurred by the Supplier or Service Provider in the execution and implementation of this Agreement shall be borne by the Supplier or Service Provider, unless the additional expenses or costs were agreed to in writing by the Post Office.
