OTHER EXPENSES OR COSTS. 8.1 Apart from the Contract Price, all other expenses or costs incurred by the Service Provider in the execution and implementation of the Agreement shall be borne by the Service Provider, unless the additional expenses or costs were agreed to in writing by the Post Office. 8.2 In the event that the Post Office requires the Service Provider to render additional services incidental to the Services, the Parties shall negotiate the terms and the conditions of rendering the additional services. The agreement for the additional services shall not be of any force or effect unless reduced to writing and signed by both Parties.
