Other Failure to Pay. Seller shall fail to make any payment not otherwise enumerated that is owing to Buyer under the Transaction Documents that has become due, whether by acceleration or otherwise, and, if no notice and/or grace period is expressly provided for such payment in this Agreement, the same is not cured within five (5) Business Days after receipt of written demand thereto from Buyer.
