OTHER FEES AND COMMISSIONS. BROKER shall be entitled to a commission from all rent monies collected from the TENANT, or retained from the security deposit, if owed by the TENANT upon vacating, and shall retain any charges deemed "additional rent" or fees in the lease agreement including but not limited to renewal fees and application fees. All Late charges or fees owed by any TENANT(S) shall be collected at the sole discretion of the BROKER and split evenly with LANDLORD.
